A young tool room with big machines and a certified quality system
Om Sai Tools and Technologies is a partnership, registered in July 2023. We are a tool room doing job work, so we do not sell a product of our own and we do not trade in anyone else’s. Our customers design the tooling. We machine it.
A tool room makes the thing that makes the part. A press tool, a casting die, a mould, a pattern: each one is a single piece of tooling that has to finish where the model says it should, because every component pressed or cast afterwards inherits that shape.
Our company profile puts the shop in two lines. “Our setup includes fully automated VMC machinery.” And: “The organization consists of 15 employees who are committed to deliver quality machining service within the agreed timespan at competitive prices.”
We are not going to dress up a history we do not have. The shop opened in 2023. What we can put in front of you is the machine list, the software we programme in, tooling that has already come off our tables, and, since 06 Aug 26, an ISO 9001:2015 certificate covering the quality management system behind all of it.

Since 06 Aug 26 the way we run this shop has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 and audited by a body outside the company. Here is the certificate and what is printed on it, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

The certificate is held subject to surveillance audits, the first of them due 06 Jul 27. ISO 9001 certifies a quality management system. In the certificate’s own words it is “not a Product Quality Certificate”, so nothing on this page is a claim about any individual part.
Automotive and non automotive
The scope on our certificate reads: manufacturing and supply of precision machining components and toolings for automotive and non automotive industries. That is the wording printed on the certificate, and it is as specific as we will be in public.
Who the tooling goes to is our customer’s business, not ours to publish, so you will find no logos and no case studies on this site. What arrives here is sheet metal press tooling, casting dies, moulds and the patterns they are taken from, and all of it takes the same route across this floor: your model, our toolpaths, one of four tables.
Four steps, and the first one is yours
The design is yours before it reaches us and it is still yours afterwards. Everything between those two points happens on this floor.
Your model arrives
Send the Unigraphics or Catia file with the material and the date. Those are the two formats we open every day.
We programme it
Toolpaths are written in WorkNC and the setup is settled before any steel is clamped down.
It goes on a machine
The job takes the centre that suits its size and its weight, on a floor that keeps running through the night.
You get it back
Finished tooling on the week we agreed. After it leaves, we are still on the phone about it.
